Wide Format & Installation Operator

We are a fast-paced, full-service direct mail and marketing company dedicated to delivering high-quality print and campaign solutions for our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Wide Format & Installation Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating large-format printing equipment, finishing graphics, and installing a variety of printed materials both in-house and at client sites.

What you’ll do

• Operate and maintain wide-format printers (e.g., roll-to-roll, flatbed) to produce high-quality graphics
• Prepare files, substrates, and materials for printing
• Perform finishing tasks such as laminating, mounting, trimming, cutting, weeding, masking and packaging
• Assist with production workflows to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Perform accurate site surveys for wide format projects, including signage, wall and window graphics, displays and other client installations.
• Install graphics including signage, wall wraps, window graphics, trade show displays, and other client deliverables
• Ensure quality control standards and color consistency are met
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
• Collaborate with the production team to support campaign deadlines

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in wide-format printing and/or graphics installation
• Experience with RIP software and large-format equipment preferred
• Familiarity with materials such as vinyl, banner media, rigid substrates, and adhesives
• Measuring, layout and spatial awareness skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read production files and job tickets
• Comfortable using hand tools and installation equipment (ladders, lifts, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site or in the field as needed
• Valid driver’s license (required for off-site installations)Wide Format Graphic
